Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and 89bb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering, depositing, or placing any wager on the 89bb platform at 89bb.ws, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 89bb platform.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on the 89bb platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis thereafter:

  You must register and use only one personal account. Accounts must be held in your own name and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person.   Accurate Information

  You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 89bb account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid mobile number that you control. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

  No Self-Exclusion Active

  You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether applied by 89bb or by any other gaming platform. If you are currently under self-exclusion, you must not attempt to register or access 89bb in any capacity. Players who breach an active self-exclusion by registering may have their account suspended and winnings voided.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

  Any active bonus balance and its associated wagering requirement must be fully completed before a withdrawal can be processed from a bonus-funded account. If you choose to forfeit an active bonus before meeting its wagering requirement, the bonus balance will be removed from your account. Real money balances that are not associated with an active bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification.

Any deposit or withdrawal that appears to involve fraudulent payment details, stolen credentials, or money laundering activity will be blocked and reported in accordance with applicable regulations. Accounts involved in such activity will be suspended permanently and all associated balances forfeited.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 89bb platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

  Fraud and Money Laundering

  Using 89bb to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or process funds originating from illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement authorities. 89bb cooperates fully with any regulatory or law enforcement inquiry into suspected financial crime.

  Account Sharing and Sale

  Sharing your 89bb account credentials with another person, allowing another person to play on your account, or selling or transferring your account to any third party is strictly prohibited. Each account is for the sole personal use of the registered account holder only.

  Use of Automated Software

  The use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, screen scrapers, or any other automated system to interact with the 89bb platform is prohibited. 89bb employs technical measures to detect and block automated access. Any account found to be using automated software will be suspended immediately.

  Collusion and Match Fixing

  Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, and any involvement in match fixing or the manipulation of sporting outcomes on which bets are placed, is strictly prohibited. 89bb cooperates with sporting integrity organisations and will report any suspected match-fixing activity to the appropriate authorities.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 89bb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 89bb platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical errors. 89bb makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software at all times. Planned maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 89bb's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
